The 3rd IMPGT forum, organized in collaboration with the GRT "Health and Safety at Work" of the Association francophone de Gestion des Ressources humaines (AGRH) took place on Thursday, March 25, 2021, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm online. It brought together more than 300 people!
Open to all students, academics, managers and HR managers, the forumwas punctuated by two conferencespresenting the results of the QENA project (quality of life at work in EHPAD) and a comparative study of working conditions between the first and second confinement of 6,000 employeesworkshopson well-being and quality of life at work in the public, health, medico-social and cultural sectorsanda round tableled by 4 experts from ARS PACA, ENSOSP and the SNEF group and the Vice-President for Quality of Life at Work and Safety at Work at Aix-Marseille University.
