The 5th edition of the IMPGT Forum, organized on January 19, 2023, was called Synergies AMU - entreprises by Aix-Marseille University's Department of Partnerships with the Socio-Economic World and benefited more than 300 students in the Bachelor of Public Administration and Master of Public Management programs.
To better prepare for their professional future in the short, medium and long term, several highlights punctuated the day and met with great success.
Aude Fournier, DGA Transformation at the City of Marseille, opened the Forum with a conference on public transformation and the concrete example of the city of Marseille. The students then had the choice between 8 practical workshops to prepare their video CVs, their job interviews, use LinkedIn, manage their emotions, professional conflicts, but also organize their career in the public service.
In the second half of the day, students wandered through a networking area where 23 public, semi-public and private organizations offered internships, work-study programs and jobs. At the same time, there were flash conferences, led by the IMPGT Junior Conseil, on professional careers in managerial positions with testimonials from recruiters.
