Presentation of the training
The 3rd year of Public Administration Bachelor program - specializing in public management provides management courses in continuity with the Bachelor 2 in the cire subjects of management: finance-accounting, human resources, marketing-communication. In addition, new subjects applied to the public sector are taught (strategy, management control, information systems) in addition to subjects offering both a more global and sectoral vision of contemporary public management.
The third year of the Bachelor's degree allows a deeper understanding of management tools in a French and international public context and a discovery of the sectors of activity that prepares the student for the Master’s Degree orientation.
The general objective of the Public Administration Degree is to offer a progressive acquisition of multidisciplinary knowledge in the field of law, economics and management, extended to human sciences, information and communication sciences and applied to the context of a changing public sector.
Work-study option: in parallel to the classic rhythm of initial training, the 3rd year of the Public Management course is open to a work-study rhythm. In this case, students continue their course at an average rate of one week of teaching and three weeks of professional development within the host structures. The latter take part in missions of service to the public and the development of territories, whether they are companies, administrations, local authorities, non-for-profit organizations, or mixed organizations.
