There are 12 seats to be filled, distributed as follows:
- 3 professors and equivalent positions (Group A)
- 3 other faculty members, instructors, researchers, and equivalent positions (Group B)
- 3 representatives of IATSS staff (IATSS category)
- 3 students and individuals enrolled in continuing education (user group)

- Deadline for submitting candidacies and campaign statements: Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
- Ballot counting: Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
- Announcement of results: within three days following the conclusion of election proceedings
