COVID INFORMATION - AIX-MARSEILLE UNIVERSITY
Since 30 June, mobility is possible in metropolitan France, in the French overseas departments and territories with the advice of the Defence Security Officer (FSD), in the European Area and in the rest of the world with FSD advice

The IMPGT offers its students the opportunity to complete part of their studies at one of the partner universities, as part of a study visit, while remaining enrolled at the IMPGT. Students can also do an internship abroad.
The IMPGT has its own agreements with certain European universities allowing students, after selection, to benefit from a semester of study abroad starting in January or February (2nd semester only). Unless otherwise stated, courses are given in the language of the host country.

CIVIS Program | Europe
Since 2019, Aix-Marseille University is part of an alliance of 10 universities in Europe grouped together to form a true inter-university and multidisciplinary campus. You can therefore also go on mobility with the CIVIS programme to discover "the European university" in Athens, Stockholm, Madrid, Brussels, Tübingen, Bucharest, Rome and Salzbourg.
Please note that applications for the CIVIS programme are anticipated and organised during the academic year preceding the mobility.

Double degree with the University of Sherbrooke - Master in Administration - School of Management | Quebec - Canada
This exchange program is only accessible to students in Master 2 Public Administration. They can benefit from a double diploma IMPGT (Aix-Marseille University) and University of Sherbrooke (Quebec - Canada) by going to spend the second semester of their academic year in Sherbrooke, following the MBA courses of the School of Management.
By obtaining a double degree (French and Canadian), students who benefit from this program develop their international network while living an enriching human experience.
Eligibility requirements:
- Be enrolled at IMPGT in Master 2 Management of Public Administration
- Have a good academic record (cumulative grade point average of at least 12/20 since the bachelor's degree)
- Have a good command of French and English
Applications and interviews will take place within the first 10 days following the start of the academic year. A jury presided by the IMPGT Director, the training assessor and the responsible of the degree programme will decide on the applications according to the student's results, motivation and career path, but also according to the quota constraints set by the partner university.

ERASMUS + and SEMP programme | Europe and Switzerland
The Erasmus+ Programme and SEMP (Swiss-European Mobility Programme) promotes mobility actions in Europe, particularly for students who develop linguistic, intercultural and professional skills. This programme creates a real added value on a CV, thus allowing a better integration on the European labour market.

- Germany in partnership with the University of GELSENKIRCHEN
- Spain in partnership with the Universities of LEON and MURCIA
- Italy in partnership with the Universities of BOLOGNA, GENOVA and ROMA " Tor Vergata".
- Switzerland in partnership with the Universities of LAUSANNE, BERNE, LUGANO
- Romania with the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca
Eligibility requirements:
- Be enrolled at IMPGT - Aix-Marseille University
- Have completed at least one year of higher education.
- Have a good command of the foreign language of instruction (language level required)

Office of Interuniversity Cooperation Program (BCI) | Quebec - Canada
The BCI program (formerly known as CREPUQ) gives students the opportunity to study at one of the partner universities in Canada (Quebec).

There are a limited number of places available. Please note that applications for the BCI programme are anticipated and organised during the academic year preceding the mobility.
It should be noted that students who have already attended the IMPGT for one year will be given priority for equal applications.

Courses related to Public Management
You are free to go wherever you like provided that your assignments and the structure in which your internship will take place, approved by the responsible of your degree programme. Thus, the link with Public Management must be visible.
Whichever destination you choose, we advise you to visit beforehand the website of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, under the heading " travel advice". You will find a lot of useful information, particularly on the entry requirements of the country but also on the real-time situation of the chosen destination.

Internships in embassies and consulates in France and abroad
Internships in embassies and consulates in France and abroad are subject to a special procedure developed by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Indeed, you will have to limit yourself to the internships offered on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

International Administration Volunteer Program (VIA)
Under certain conditions, the International Administration Volunteer Program (VIA) allows young people between the ages of 18 and 28 to participate in France's action around the world. The mission lasts between 6 and 24 months. It can be renewed once for a maximum of 2 years. The volunteer receives an allowance.

International Corporate Volunteering (VIE)
The International Corporate Volunteer Program (VIE) allows, under certain conditions, to carry out an assignment of 6 to 24 months (scientific, technical, commercial, humanitarian...) in a French company abroad. You must be between 18 and 28 years old to apply.
The VIE is aimed mainly at young graduates or students in a gap period.

All students, scholarship holders and non-scholarship holders alike, are eligible for a scholarship, whether for a study visit or an internship abroad.
On the other hand, these grants are by no means awarded automatically, but according to criteria specific to each type of scholarship. Taking into account the dates of the commissions, they can be granted to you after your departure. So think well about anticipating your expenses and planning a budget for your mobility!
