Training presentation
The Master's degree in Public Management, Public Administration Management (MAP) prepares students for management and support functions in organizations that implement public policies and services (administrations, companies, associations). Open to apprentices and students in initial training, it provides the skills needed to design, implement and manage public policies and services, with a particular focus on administrative resources and general facilities.
The Master's program is designed to build skills over two years. Building on a first year that covers the theoretical, legal and technical aspects of public administration, the second year develops the knowledge and skills needed to perform managerial functions (governance of public organizations, leadership and change management), as well as management practices in the Finance-HRM-Controlling-Organization resource functions, in depth over two semesters. It also provides an introduction to the skills needed to optimize and transform public action in constrained contexts (innovation management, e-administration, public purchasing policies, law and digital administration). The development of these skills is supported by a mixed teaching team made up of teacher-researchers and senior civil servants.
This Master can be combined with the IMPGT + Talent Prep.
