2026 marks an important milestone for the IMPGT, which is celebrating 30 years of expertise, values, and public engagement, as well as a future firmly focused on transforming public policy.
The anniversary year was officially launched on Wednesday, January 21, during an inaugural conference attended by some 60 guests, including: the First Deputy Mayor of Aix-en-Provence, members of the governing body of Aix-Marseille University, IMPGT partners, former staff members, current staff, doctoral students, as well as representatives of student associations and students.
The event featured institutional speeches by Maryline Crivello, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Aix-Marseille University; Khaled Bouabdallah, Rector in charge of higher education, research, and innovation for the PACA academic region, and Christophe Alaux, Director of IMPGT.
Christophe Alaux reiterated the mission and core values of the IMPGT—collaboration, solidarity, trust, community, and quality—presented more than 20 events scheduled for this anniversary year, and unveiled the logo created specifically for the occasion.
Let this anniversary year begin!
