On Thursday May 21, students in the IMPGT's Master 2 in Public Management (Management des établissements sanitaires et sociaux - MESS) organized the 10th MESS Day on the theme: "Reinventing the attractiveness of the care and support professions".
Attended by over 100 participants, the day provided an opportunity for professionals, researchers, students and players in the health and social sector to exchange views on the transformation of the care professions, the challenges of quality of life at work and the new expectations of professionals.
Throughout the day, discussions alternated between collective brainstorming sessions and participatory workshops, addressing both the issues of attractiveness of the professions and the prospects for changes in practices and organizations in the healthcare and social sector.
A big well done to the Master 2 MESS students for their commitment and the quality of the organization of this event.
