Yesterday, the Public Administration Management (MAP) program at IMPGT brought together students, alumni, and partners for an after-work event focused on trends in public administration careers.
The first part of the evening was dedicated to first- and second-year Master’s students in public management, featuring a discussion on career transition and finding internships.
Agathe Ferran and Delphine Gilli presented the Regional Interministerial Platform for Human Resources Management Support—PACA, accompanied by two guest speakers, Nedjma Abdellali and Laetitia Contet, who shared their experiences and career paths.
A roundtable discussion then brought together about sixty students, graduates, and partners to address one question: How are careers in public administration evolving, and what changes can we anticipate for the future?
Moderated by Emil TURC, this session provided an opportunity to compare the retrospective and forward-looking perspectives of three professionals:
- Patrice MBEG NDENGA, Head of HR Management Dialogue for the City of Marseille
- Magali PALOT, Director of the PACA Regional Interministerial HR Management Support Platform (PFR), General Secretariat for Regional Affairs (SGAR) – Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur
- Guillaume Pianezze, Chief Human Resources Officer at Aix-Marseille University
The evening continued with a convivial cocktail reception, allowing everyone to continue their discussions, share experiences, and expand their professional networks.
A big thank you to all the speakers and participants for their attendance and the enriching discussions!
This after-work event is part of the “30 Years of IMPGT” program.
