As part of their partnership with the Clariane group, students in the Master 2 in Public Management course in Management of Health and Social Care Facilities (MESS) went on an immersion trip to the heart of the Spanish healthcare system in Malaga, Spain.
Visiting two of the group's EHPAD facilities: the Residencia para Mayores and the Residencia Torre del Mar, they were able to exchange views with caregivers and their managers on topics such as resident profiles, tariffs, quality of care, human resources management challenges and funding sources.
The trip enabled them to gain a better understanding of international practices in the medico-social sector, and to strengthen their professional skills. They return with a broader vision and new ideas for their professional careers in this sector.
