A look back at the A&NMT Chair's Place Marketing Forum 2024

The 11th edition of the Place Marketing Forum was held on April 25 and 26 at the MoHo in Caen: Europe's very first Collider, bringing together more than 250 decision-makers to discuss the subjects of territorial attractiveness.

Focusing on CSR and employer branding, the event explored strategies for attracting, welcoming and retaining talent. Conferences and round tables presented initiatives from different countries and regions: Canada, Iceland, New Zealand, Italy, Brittany, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, La Manche, Calvados, Caen-la-Mer, Seine-Maritime, Aveyron, etc. Various strategies were explored to integrate local talent and meet their needs, underlining the importance of strong links with the local economic fabric.

This edition was enriched by four think tanks on sustainability and anchoring, governance and partnerships in attractiveness initiatives, major events, and the challenges of metropolitan areas. The forum also offered an immersion in the sites of Normandy, affirming its position as a benchmark in territorial marketing.
