On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the IMPGT and the Réseau de Recherche sur la Qualité de Vie au Travail en santé (R2QVT) co-organized the 4ᵉ edition of the Study and Meeting Day dedicated to Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) in the healthcare and medico-social sector.
Hosted at Aix-Marseille University's Maison Méditerranéenne des Sciences de l'Homme (MMSH), the event brought together nearly 160 participants from all over France: facility managers, experts, researchers, consultants and management trainees. Thanks to two round tables, four thematic workshops, two fishbowls and a poster exhibition, they were able to share their views and come up with concrete ideas for addressing current QHV issues in the healthcare and medico-social sector.
Students from the IMPGT's Master's in Management of Health and Social Establishments (MESS) also took part in the event, consolidating their understanding of the realities in the field and the professional dynamics they are about to enter.
