You are concerned by the initial training if you are a national of a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), Swiss Confederation, Monaco and Andorra:
- a current or future baccalaureate holder
- a student in higher education
- student on an apprenticeship contract
Depending on the level of training you wish to apply for and your previous course of study, the steps to be taken are not the same.

If you have just graduated, if you are reorienting internally within Aix-Marseille University or if you come from another university, applications for the Licence 1 are made on Parcoursup.
Please note that a "YES" answer on Parcoursup is not a definitive registration. You must connect to Parcoursup, click on "administrative registration" and respect the registration deadline. Otherwise, your application will be cancelled in order to offer a place to candidates on the waiting list.

If you are already a student at the IMPGT or at Aix-Marseille University, or if you come from another university, you can apply for a Master's degree on My Master's Degree* (key words: public management, Institute of Public Management) .
* Repeaters are excluded from the Mon Master program. Requests to repeat a year must be made to the school and to the person in charge of teaching. They will be examined by a jury.

Applications must be submitted online, on one of the applications depending on the level of training you are applying for(Parcoursup, eCandidat or Mon Master) . The procedure is entirely paperless; no application file should be sent by mail or dropped off at the university. Incomplete applications will not be examined. Complete applications will be studied by the pedagogical committee and you will receive their decision via the applications.
