The IMPGT, as an actor of training and research in public management on its territory, has just signed a training agreement with the General Secretariat for the Administration of the Ministry of the Interior South in order to train executives in team management.
Thanks to this partnership agreement, nearly 50 agents of the Ministry of the Interior will follow 3 training sessions during the academic year, the first of which started on November 22:
- the basics of management
- bonding and motivating your team
- conflict management
The aim of these three training sessions is to contribute to the development of cognitive and managerial skills of these executives for more fulfilment and performance at work.
