Following a course on team management, students in Master 1 Management of health and social establishments identified 20 managerial actions likely to increase the motivation at work of operational teams in medical, medico-social and social organisations (educators, carers, AMP, ASH, etc.) and to improve the attractiveness of the care and support professions.These actions respond to four fundamental needs: meaning at work, autonomy, skills and social belonging.
