On completion of the two-year MESS Master's program, graduates will be able to coordinate all the activities of their establishment, to guarantee better care for users.
To this end, they are able to:- respect users' rights and master the main principles of civil liability
- Carry out, conduct and monitor studies aimed at improving the economic efficiency, social and ethical performance of their organization.
- Design, implement and update a facility project, taking into account constraints and coordinating the various players involved in the project
- Develop strategies adapted to the internal and external context of the facility
- Set up, monitor and evaluate innovative projects based on the pooling of resources and skills
- Manage and assess risks
- Build and manage a quality approach
- Anticipate and manage a crisis in your facility
- Supervise departmental activities, lead teams and motivate staff. He/she knows how to listen to and integrate the points of view of his/her colleagues.
- Produce a high level of communication, while nuancing the construction of reports and notes according to the sensitivity of the recipients

Training organization
This master's degree is organized as a sandwich course . Students spend one week in class and three weeks in the workplace. The assignments entrusted to students must be in line with the professions of facility management and administration. The MESS Master's program's academic and professional lecturers combine a variety of teaching methods: theoretical presentations, case studies, role-playing, analysis of professional practices, role-playing and discussion sessions, enabling students to become active participants in their own training. The transfer of knowledge is based on teaching situations close to those encountered in the workplace.
Students also have the opportunity to take part in special events such as conferences, seminars and job dating events organized during the academic year.

Graduates of a Master 1 in management of health and medico-social establishments or a CAFERUIS.VAP (Validation des Acquis Professionnels) is available for students who do not have the required level to enter the program.
