I'm responsible for the management and processing of workplace accidents in the PACA region, I run training courses in risk prevention (chemical, alcohol, psychoactive products), I carry out audits and expert appraisals in the field, I provide assistance to units in risk prevention matters, while keeping a legal watch on health and safety in the workplace.

What I like most about my job:

By taking action to prevent accidents in the workplace, I help to improve employees' working conditions, and consequently their quality of life.

In my job, I manage structuring and strategic projects on behalf of the General Services Department, which involve the modernization of the administration and require the coordination of a large number of actors from different professions and the implementation of important change management actions. I also manage more operational projects directly with the teams in the field and follow up on day-to-day management files, particularly in the area of public procurement and concerning cross-cutting policies such as citizen dialogue.

What I like most about my job :

The wealth of encounters and the diversity of areas of intervention. I can be entrusted with any project, I become a project management specialist and learn every day from all the people I meet. I work with professionals from very different fields, which allows me to build an important network in the community and to increase my skills in various fields. In particular, I am leading a major modernization project with a digital component that allows me to learn about the computer jargon and digital tools used in the community, and to have a global vision of our organization.

My fields of intervention are, among others, the accompaniment of communities in their virtuous approach of organic matter recovery in agriculture, but also the protection of the water resource, the management of biowastes, the prevention of natural disasters, agronomic advice, impact studies, etc.

My job is a hybrid one. It is at the same time centered on studies, but also on the management of the site, the drafting of estimates, the follow-up of the customer, the administrative steps with the instructing services (Departmental Directions of the Territories, Chambers of Agriculture, etc.)

What I like the most in my job :

The dual role of studies and fieldwork. I am often required to travel in order to carry out biomass analyses (soil, compost, ashes, etc.), meet with clients, organize meetings, and manage different sized sites (2 to 10 people).

As a lieutenant-colonel in the fire department and head of division at ENSOSP, I head a team of 18 officers responsible for operational training courses for officers from mainland France and overseas territories. What's more, I coordinate the work of 900 officers and experts, to ensure that our trainees receive top-quality support.

What I like best about my job:

With 32 years' experience, this role keeps me as close as possible to operational action, while giving me the opportunity to make a modest contribution to the excellence of ENSOSP by teaching and providing attentive support to future firefighter managers.

My missions consist in piloting the establishment's project approach through the follow-up and evaluation of the objectives; in producing reports; in accompanying the training group in the approach related to ISO 9001 and Qualiopi certifications: quality policy, process approach, setting indicators, risk management, drafting procedures, preparing and leading internal audits and management reviews; conducting internal and external satisfaction surveys, processing and implementing action plans; supervising and leading training sessions on quality management for agents; leading projects (e.g. creation of a dashboard); actively participating in the operational field: monitoring, statistics, communication and finally conducting economic studies to enhance the value of operational action - publications.

Within the Technical Services Department, I supervise a "user relations" department that handles reception, administrative management and emergency situations (bad weather, flooding, on-call duty, etc.) and a "finance and contract execution" department that manages the entire expenditure chain (purchases, commitments, invoicing, contract execution). I participate in the implementation of the global municipal project by piloting and monitoring the Pluriannual Investment Program and the search for financing. Finally, I act as the DST's interim manager during his or her absences.

What I like most about my job :

I design and implement communication plans (internal and external), actions or associated media based on an analysis of the context based on my knowledge of human and social sciences, my technical skills (writing, briefing, scripting, etc.) and my mastery of media, tools and communication techniques (web, print, event, audio-visual, social networks, press relations, etc.)

From my very first steps at the IMPGT, I knew my path was clear: to serve and protect. It was at the IMPGT that I found the intellectual and methodological tools to give shape to a vocation that I had built up in the field. For me, civil protection isn't just a job, it's a total commitment to the service of territories and populations.

As a volunteer firefighter since 2019 and now a non-commissioned officer, I also developed solid administrative experience during my three-year apprenticeship at SGAMI Sud. This period enabled me to take on responsible positions, sometimes close to those of an executive, despite my apprentice status.
This dual background, both operational and institutional, is now a real asset in my profile.

Currently, as part of the Bouches-du-Rhône Prefect's cabinet, I'm in charge of civil defense and security missions in the regional interministerial department for civil and economic affairs, defense and civil protection.

What the training has taught me in my day-to-day work :

The IMPGT taught me to think about what I was already experiencing. Today, I don't just act. I live my work. That, for me, is the added value of this training.

I manage a school with 940 students, 48 teachers and 7 administrative staff, supported by a mixed syndicate whose president is my n+1. I set up the consultation process for the establishment of the school project. I coordinate the network of music schools in the 04 department with joint projects. I manage the teaching staff, oversee the budget and seek external funding.

What I like most about my job :

I like managing the team and matching the ambitions of elected representatives with the constraints of artistic education. I like leading the pedagogical council to compare the practices and projects of teaching artists.
